Ticket holders will delve into the world of edible art, mastering techniques to decorate cookies. For $55, attendees receive one glass of Raffaldini wine, delectable light bites, and the chance to decorate and take home or enjoy 8 delicious cookies.
Join Barbara Raffaldini in the Fattoria as she teaches you about the history of the Spritz and how to make your favorite Italian Summer cocktails using our Auguri. The price of the ticket includes two glasses of Auguri, cicchetti (street snacks) and recipe cards for each special cocktail. Tickets will be $45 for General Admission and wine club member discounts will be applied at checkout.
Enjoy the experience of joining Owner Jay Raffaldini and Winemaker Chris Nelson in an exclusive Raffaldini Sangiovese Salon Tasting. Held in the tank room of the winery, guests will enjoy a blind tasting of our beloved Sangiovese wine going up blind against some of the greatest Sangiovese wines in the world. Charcuterie plates will be served with the wines.
The Four Seasons Wine Tasting Dinners are held Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter and are hosted by Jay Raffaldini. Each dinner features four seasonal food courses and four specially chosen wines to complement the food. Culinary and wine descriptions will be given during the evening to enhance your enjoyment. This is an opportunity to share your food and wine passion with like-minded friends. The atmosphere will be relaxed and casual with a focus on meeting new friends and enjoying la dolce vita.
