Join us for Assemblaggio! A bella blending event.
Our
reds are ready for blending and we need you to help us determine the
blend for the next Raffaldini Bella Misto. Each session is a two-hour
educational wine experience led by Jay Raffaldini in our Winery’s Barrel
Room. Each blend you create will be carefully analyzed, sampled and
considered during the blending event. This is an opportunity to hone
your winemaking knowledge and ability, learn more about grape varietals
and make a few friends in the process. Blending trials will be held in
the Barrel Room allowing you to experience the winery during the
wine-making season.
*This event is intended for persons 21 years of age or older only. Cancellations
with a full refund are accepted up to seven days prior to the event. The week
of the event, your seat must be re-booked in order to receive a full refund.
Please, no outside food or drinks. Tax is included in shopping cart price.
