Chef Tony from Amalfi of Wilkes is partnering with Raffaldini for a special culinary journey! Each month there is an opportunity to explore a different Italian region. In April, learn about the Basilicata region and it’s traditional cuisine, watch a detailed cooking demo and enjoy a special three-course meal.
