Join us for a unique, hands-on experience where you’ll help craft the next Raffaldini Grande Riserva! Assemblaggio in Italian means “to put together” also known as to blend! Spend two hours in our winery’s barrel room with Owner Jay Raffaldini, learning about blending different varietals to create the perfect wine. Each blend you make will be assessed and could inspire our next vintage! You’ll get to meet other wine lovers and experience winemaking in action. Don’t miss out on being part of our wine’s story!
