The Four Seasons Wine Tasting Dinners are held Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter and are hosted by Owner Jay Raffaldini. Each dinner features four seasonal food courses and four specially chosen wines to complement the food. Culinary and wine descriptions will be given during the evening to enhance your enjoyment. This is an opportunity to share your food and wine passion with like-minded friends. The atmosphere will be relaxed and casual with a focus on meeting new friends and enjoying la dolce vita.

ANTIPASTO COURSE, served with Auguri:
Platter of Assorted Cheese, Charcuterie, Olives, Crostini with Fig Jam and Manchego
PRIMO COURSE, served with 2021 Montepulciano:
Wild Mushroom Ragu with Cream, Garlic, Parmesan, Herbs and Truffle oil Served over Tagliatelle
SECONDO COURSE, served with 2019 Grande Riserva or 2022 Vermentino. Choice of Either:
Braised Short Ribs with Tomato and Wine Sauce served with sides of whipped Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Maple Bacon Wrapped Carrots
Baked Cod with Pistachio Cilantro Pesto served with sides of whipped Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Maple Bacon Wrapped Carrots
DOLCE COURSE, served with Meditazione:
Tuscan Cornmeal Cookies with Lemon Zest and Rosemary served with Berries and Whipped Cream
