Raffaldini Vineyards and Winery LLC

Join owner Jay Raffaldini and long time NC resident and outdoors-man Steve Nelson, as they show you the way through the Raffaldini woods and vineyards. Wear sensible walking shoes and prepare yourself for a moderate 90 minute hike followed by a hearty luncheon which of course includes wine! During the hike, Jay will share details of the vineyard and Steve will share his love of the woods. Ticket includes a guided hike, lunch and two glasses of wine.   

This event is for those age 21 and over.

Pre-purchased tickets for ages under 21 are $15 plus tax per person and includes, admission to the festival, commemorative plastic Festa Italiana cup, and a non alcholic beverage.

Spend two hours in our winery’s barrel room with Owner Jay Raffaldini, learning about blending different varitals to creat the perfect wine. Each blend you make will be assessed and could inspire our next vintage! You’ll get to meet other wine lovers and experience winemaking in action. Don’t miss out on being part of our wine’s story!

Marla Monzo Holmes, aka 'The Chef in Red,' an alumna of the prestigious Lorenza de' Medici School of Cooking in Florence, Italy, is returning to Raffaldini Vineyards to teach you how to make two traditional Italian desserts, as delicious as they are lovely. This class will focus on Tiramisu and soft, Italian Biscotti.

Tickets are $65 and include a a fun cooking demonstration, wine, snacks, samples of each dessert, and a bag with recipes and ingredients that you can use to make your own desserts at home!
