Learn some helpful tips from Chef Corey and watch him fresh pesto pasta with sundried tomatoes and Parmesan, Roasted pork tenderlion with sweet & sour eggplant, currants, raisins and aged balsamic and a blueberry tartlet with blueberry Il Falco compote, sweet ricotta and rosemary. Price includes the cooking demonstration, 3 food samples, 2 glasses of wine and recipe cards. General admission is $50 plus tax per person. Wine Club Admission is $40 plus tax per person.
