In this fun demonstration-style class, Marla will teach you how to make a beautiful zucchini frittata, straight from a treasured recipe she learned in Italy. Alongside the frittata learn how to make traditional Italian lemon ricotta Easter cookies — the a delicious sweet finish to a festive spring brunch.
Come celebrate the season with great food, great company, and a little taste of Italy. Class will include sampling of food, take home recipes plus two glasses of Raffaldini wine to enjoy during your brunch experience!
