Learn how to make two classic autumn desserts: Apple Crostata (Crostata di Mele)—a rustic, golden tart layered with sweet apples—and Calabrian Walnut Cake (Torta di Noci), a beautifully simple cake enhanced by the rich, earthy flavor of walnuts.
