This classic Italian dessert-making demonstration features two timeless favorites: a fragrant Olive Oil Cake with Candied Orange, made with our premium Raffaldini olive oil, and a silky Madagascar Vanilla Panna Cotta paired with Raffaldini wine-poached pears and a bright white balsamic glaze using our own balsamic. The Four Seasons Wine Tasting Dinners are held Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter and are hosted by Jay Raffaldini. Each dinner features four seasonal food courses and four specially chosen wines to complement the food. Culinary and wine descriptions will be given during the evening to enhance your enjoyment.
