Charcuterie Class - Saturday, January 14

Do you like to make art and eat it too? During this class you will be able to build your own charcuterie box to take home while you enjoy Raffaldini wine throughout the event. Learn tips and tricks on portioning and pairing complementary textures and flavors. Pairings will include a variety of meats, cheeses and other charcuterie items. You'll also learn the techniques to make an aesthetically pleasing box as well as the importance of seasonal ingredients.

You're invited to join Owner Jay Raffaldini and Winemaker Chris Nelson for a very special event to be held at the Winery. Raffaldini Patrimonio (translated from the Italian as Heritage or Legacy) and as the name implies is the flagship wine that we make. Unlike our heralded Grande Riserva which we make in the style of Super Tuscans, Patrimonio is crafted for those who love Napa-style wines.

The salon tasting event will consist of a Blind Tasting of the Patrimonio against four other highly ranked and well known wines along with heavy Hors D'oeuvres. See for yourself how Raffaldini Wine compares to some of the top rated wines in the world. To celebrate this event our sparkling wine Auguri will be served as everyone assembles. Attendance is limited to sixty people. This year, Christmas comes early for the wine lover on your list! Give the gift of wine this holiday season.

Four Seasons Wine Tasting Dinner: Winter

$150 Dinner + Shuttle | $110 Dinner Only
The Four Seasons Wine Tasting Dinners are held Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter and are hosted by Owner Jay Raffaldini. Each dinner features four seasonal food courses and four specially chosen wines to complement the food. Culinary and wine descriptions will be given during the evening to enhance your enjoyment. This is an opportunity to share your food and wine passion with like-minded friends. The atmosphere will be relaxed and casual with a focus on meeting new friends and enjoying la dolce vita. Cost is $110.00 + tax per person or $150.00 + tax per person that includes shuttle service to and from either the Fairfield Inn in Elkin, NC or the Hampton Inn in Jonesville, NC. We Are Closed Christmas Day - Raffaldini Vineyards will be closed on Christmas Day to allow our staff and their families an opportunity to celebrate together. We welcome you to join us before or after the holiday to pick up the perfect gift or relax and reconnect with friends and family.

We are proud to partner with the Second Harvest Food Bank of NWNC. We believe that addressing hunger and its roots causes is a responsibility shared by the public and private sectors and concerned individuals to ensure the health, vitality, and well-being of our communities and nation.

We believe that building a vibrant, resilient, and thriving community requires that we challenge ourselves and others to deeper levels of conversation and action.

We believe that everyone has gifts to share toward ending hunger and its root causes: our time, our talents, our voice, and our food and financial resources.

We have partnered with Tock to provide a reservation system for tastings and flights at the Villa and on the Piazza. Our continued goal is to provide the best experience for you, our valued customers and friends. While walk-ins are welcome and a reservation is not required, we believe that making a reservation will enhance your visit.

As a general reminder to all our guests, to provide a safe, relaxing, and intimate experience for our guests, all visitors must be at least 21 years of age. Infants and children are no longer permitted at the Tasting Room, except on holidays and specially designated family days when we can appropriately staff and have children friendly activities available. Please see our calendar for a full list of Family days.
