Winter Wine Tasting Dinner
Saturday, January 12

The Four Seasons Wine Tasting Dinners are held Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter and are hosted by Owner and Winemaker Jay Raffaldini. Each dinner features four seasonal food courses and four specially chosen wines to complement the food. Culinary and wine descriptions will be given during the evening to enhance your enjoyment. This is an opportunity to share your food and wine passion with like-minded friends. The atmosphere will be relaxed and casual with a focus on meeting new friends and enjoying la dolce vita. Cost is $115.00 + tax per person and is all-inclusive and includes shuttle service to and from either the Fairfield Inn in Elkin, NC or the Hampton Inn in Jonesville, NC.

The NC Fine Wines Competition is the toughest state wine competition in the country, and you can be side-by-side with owners and winemakers from across the state when the coveted NC Fine Wines case awards are announced! This is your chance to attend the awards ceremony and enjoy an exquisite dinner paired with NC Fine Wines. The event will host the biggest and brightest stars in the industry, and there is a limited allocation of seating open to the public.

Join us for this 2 hour event where we will pair four Raffaldini wines with four decadent desserts created by Pastry Chef Maria Kemp, owner of  Beyond Decadence. Meet Chef Maria, learn the techniques involved in the creation of each dessert and why they pair perfectly with each wine. Tickets are $30 + tax per person and include a sample of 4 wines along with a dessert pairing for each wine.

Raffaldini Vineyards is proud to support the YMCA of NW NC's Annual Giving campaign, which raises funds for enrichment programs for youth in the community. The YMCA offers membership and financial assistance to community members as well as water safety, summer day camps, as well as emotional support for our community.
