Join Barbara Raffaldini as she shares insights into Italian culture, language, and traditions surrounding Love. Whether planning a trip to Italy or just curious about Italy and its people and customs, this entertaining and interactive experience will give you a new appreciation and understanding for all things Italian. The workshop will begin at 1pm. Join Maureen Stitt, a certified Kripalu yoga instructor, for a 60-minute yoga class designed for all students who have a desire to enhance their well-being through movement, breath awareness and self-inquiry. Set-up your mat and get ready to change the world, one breath at a time!
