Step into the epicenter of Italian culture in the Piedmont as Chianti in the Carolinas comes alive on Saturday, September 20 and Sunday, September 21.
Food vendors, musicians, artists, and craftsmen from across the region will gather for this annual outdoor celebration of Italian food, art, music, and—of course—wine.
 Enjoy the lively festival atmosphere or take a deeper dive with exclusive breakout sessions led by Jay Raffaldini and our winemaking team, featuring discussions on vineyard practices, winemaking, and more.

Four Seasons Wine Tasting Dinner: Fall
Saturday, October 18 | 6:30pm - 9:00pm
The Four Seasons Wine Tasting Dinners are held Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter and are hosted by Jay Raffaldini. Each dinner features four seasonal food courses and four specially chosen wines to complement the food. Culinary and wine descriptions will be given during the evening to enhance your enjoyment.
This is an opportunity to share your food and wine passion with like-minded friends. The atmosphere will be relaxed and casual with a focus on meeting new friends and enjoying la dolce vita.

Take a Hike! With Jay Raffaldini
Sunday, October 19 | 10:00am - 1:30pm
Join owner Jay Raffaldini and long time NC resident and outdoors-man Steve Nelson, as they show you the way through the Raffaldini woods and vineyards.
Wear sensible walking shoes and prepare yourself for a moderate 90 minute hike followed by a hearty luncheon which of course includes wine! During the hike, Jay will share details of the vineyard and Steve will share his love of the woods.
Ticket includes a guided hike, lunch and two glasses of wine.
This event is for those age 21 and over.

Cocktails: Southern Style
Saturday October 25th | 1pm-3pm
Join Barbara Raffaldini as she welcomes Chef Belinda Smith-Sullivan, while she demonstrates how to turn your favorite Raffaldini wine into a delicious wine cocktail.
Chef Belinda will also tell us more about her recently released book – Cocktails, Southern Style: Pours, Drinks, Sips, and Bites; which explores the deep-rooted cocktail traditions of the South, combining history, techniques, bold flavors, and Southern hospitality.
The price of the ticket includes a copy of her book, specialty wine cocktails, and light bites. Tickets will be $57.50 for General Admission and wine club member discounts will be applied at checkout.

We’re delighted to feature Amy Rossi, who along with her sister are Riserva Club Members. Amy's debut novel The Cover Girl (released August 5, 2025) is already making waves. In this powerful, dual-timeline story, Amy tells the story of Birdie Rhodes — discovered as a teenager and thrust into a glamorous yet vulnerable world of fashion, rock-and-roll, and fame. Decades later, Birdie has stepped away from the spotlight, but a single letter forces her to reckon with the past she left behind — the opportunities she passed up, the trauma she carried, and the person she has become. It’s a novel about what it really means to be seen, what “voice” can get lost, and how courage is found in reclaiming one’s story. We invite you to raise a glass of Raffaldini wine in honor of Amy’s journey — her creativity adds so much richness to our vineyard community.  We are excited to unveil the first taste of our much heralded 2023 vintage, our greatest we have ever produced. After careful aging, these rich, dark reds are ready for blending and we need you to help us determine the blend for the Raffaldini Grande Riserva, our most powerful red wine!
Assemblaggio is a two-hour educational wine experience led by Owner Jay Raffaldini and winemaker Chris Nelson in our winery barrel room. Each blend you create will be carefully analyzed, sampled and help inspire our new vintage of Grande Riserva.
This is an opportunity to hone your winemaking knowledge and ability, learn more about grape varietals, and make a few new friends in the process. Blending trials will be held in the barrel room allowing you to experience the winery during the winemaking season.

Wine Club Member Spotlight
Larry and Joni Cioffi
Meet Larry and Joni Cioffi! Larry hails from the Bronx, NY, and Joni from the shores of Muskegon, MI. Their story began in 1984 at an IBM sales office in Norwalk, CT, when Joni joined the Systems Engineering training program and Larry was assigned as her mentor. Mentor-mentee quickly turned to sweethearts, and by 1987 they were married. Over the years, they’ve built a family with three children and six grandchildren. Larry retired in 2020 after a 39-year career in the IT industry, finishing as an Account General Manager in IT Services. These days, he’s happily behind the drum kit for the classic rock band “Real Legendary Music.” Together, Larry and Joni love to travel, play poker, pickleball, and stay active in several ministries at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Before settling in Denver, NC in 2017, they called Simsbury, CT, and Naperville, IL home. They have been Wine Club Members since 2017, Riserva Level

We have partnered with Tock to provide a reservation system for tastings and flights at the Villa and on the Piazza. Our continued goal is to provide the best experience for you, our valued customers and friends. While walk-ins are welcome and a reservation is not required, we believe that making a reservation will enhance your visit.
As a general reminder to all our guests, to provide a safe, relaxing, and intimate experience for our guests, all visitors must be at least 21 years of age. Infants and children are no longer permitted at the Tasting Room, except on holidays and specially designated family days when we can appropriately staff and have child-friendly activities available.
