The merging of these two historic organizations brings together institutions that have shared a common mission for over six decades. This shared mission will now become a common foundation to help both organizations reach an expanded audience while both continue to deliver excellence in their areas of expertise.

WDAV Celebrates 40 Years

WDAV builds a community focused on classical music. They do this by providing easy access to the art form, as well as opportunities for exploration and discovery. This year we are proud to join WDAV in celebrating a milestone, 40 years on air. Raffaldini Vineyards hosts the WDAV 'Sparks Society' each year and also donates wine to various WDAV initiatives and fundraisers. We have some exciting plans with WDAV to celebrate this year's special anniversary. So stay tuned!

Monday, May 28 - Memorial Day Celebration

Celebrate the official start to Summer with a day of fun and relaxation among the vines. Enjoy live music from acoustic guitarist Colin Allured. Savor the best Italian street fare west of the Mediterranean from Presto! food truck. Military personnel will receive a complimentary wine tasting or glass of wine.

This is the next best thing to a trip to Tuscany! Dine al fresco family-style among the vines while serenaded by soprano Irene King, singing some of her favorite Italian songs.

Saturday, June 16 - Pino Vino X Release

For the last decade Raffaldini Vineyards has officially supported local animal rescue organizations by donating proceeds from the sale of each of its Pino Vino wine releases. The first label featured Pinot, who Jay and Maureen Raffaldini rescued from a kill shelter when she was 1 ½ years old. Over the following eight years the photos of different rescued pets have graced our labels. This month we feature Pino Vino IV and Jake, a Boxer mix from Charlotte, NC.

Jake and the hundreds of submissions we received had a moving story and illustrated the love and dedication so many of you have for helping abandoned and abused animals. We thank you for your continued support and have been honored to host these yearly releases. On this 10^th year we will once again feature a dog rescued by the Raffaldini family on the label of Pino Vino X. Pino Vino X will also be present for lots of pets and kisses.

Please join us on June 16, 2018 for a fun filled family afternoon when we release Pino Vino X.
